sugar. You can always make homemade yogurt or look for an unsweetened brand and make sure it contains live

You need to avoid vinegar and its best to make
your own salad dressing. Try fresh lemon juice with extra virgin

yeast problem as well. Plus you can use it in a number of dishes like salads, tofu, meat dishes, and soups. Not
only does it contain properties that might help treat the infection, but it is generally good for your digestion as
